If I am going to comment on health, then I am going to need stairs to climb to the top of my soapbox. I have been in health care for a very long time and have worked in many different practice settings. Health care in the United States is in serious trouble. Insurances ask for more and more money and are willing to pay less and less. Providers seemingly do anything for a buck. Health care forgot about people and became a big industry.
Prevention is so much cheaper than caring for disease. We need to make personal decisions that positively influence our health. If we take this step, we will begin making our country healthier and happier
